Observation notes: The butterfly was found flying near the ground along the Springs Creek trail in Steamboat Springs, CO. The vegetation includes pines, aspen, cottonwood, and service berry bushes, etc. The day was in the low 80's, sunny and with no wind. The elevation is around 6500 ft.

Coordinator notes: Somewhat rubbed but appears to certainly be H. juba, correctly identified by the submitter. I have found the second flight in September in Routt Co.
