Observation notes: Only this one Juniper Hairstreak was observed along the east side of the Goodsell Ridge Preserve's fossil reef; but at least nine additional were observed nectaring on Ox-eye Daisies in the more open northern portion of the preserve. Sunny. Very windy. Hot.
