Observation notes: I found this specimen floating on the surface of the Green River just below Flaming Gorge Dam, Utah on September 9, 2013 at about 10:00PM while conducting nighttime electrofishing surveys for trout. The weather was cool (55-60F) and calm, with scattered showers.
