Observation notes: Sighted by a river, on a wooden walkway. It seemed to be having a difficult time flying but once it got started was fine. It landed on the wooden post and was still there after 20:15. The wings looked like feathers and we're fluttering when on the walkway, it also appeared to have an elongated nose like a beak.
