Tetracis cachexiata Guenée, 1857
Family: Geometridae
Subfamily: Ennominae
Identification: Similar to Yellow Slant-line (Tetracis crocallata), but forewing paler, yellowish to cream. Pm. line orangish, reaching costa just before forewing apex, not continued onto hindwing. Hindwing white.
Wing Span: 3.8-5 cm.
Life History:
Flight: April-June.
Caterpillar Hosts: Ash, birches, cherry, elms, maples, oaks, pines, sheep laurel, sweetfern, willows, and other trees and shrubs.

Range: Nova Scotia to Florida, west to Manitoba and Arkansas.
