Maryland Biodiversity Project (MBP) is cataloging all the living things of Maryland. This includes everything from butterflies and moths to host plants, birds, mammals, fungi, slime molds, and marine algae. The project's goal is to promote education and conservation by helping to build a vibrant general nature study community. The project captures photos and records for all Maryland species, mapping their Maryland ranges and providing regional status information.
